During the COVID-19 pandemic,by guaranteeing the 24/7 running of final product automation and assembly lines at Cepheid, I proved great responsibility and leadership during the COVID-19 epidemic. Within six months of the US outbreak, I quickly scaled up the manufacturing of COVID-19 PCR test kits and raised line capacity by fifty percent using manufacturing innovations fit for pressing worldwide health demands. Meeting the crucial need for diagnostic equipment during the epidemic was greatly aided by my creative ideas and commitment to faster yet safe manufacturing improvements.

Leading "Make in India" project, a strategic initiative aiming at developing local manufacturing facility for tuberculosis (TB) diagnosis in India, I oversaw Cepheid. The project was motivated by the pressing need to lower the high TB prevalence in the global hotspot by means of reliable and reasonably priced diagnostic instruments. The success of this effort was much aided by my leadership. Oversaw a cross-functional worldwide team, negotiating difficult logistical and legal obstacles to build a modern manufacturing facility. By increasing access to vital healthcare resources in underprivileged areas, this project not only brought Cepheid great income generation but also had a major social impact. The initiative immediately complemented the objectives of the World Health Organisation and the Indian government to eradicate tuberculosis, therefore proving my will to use manufacturing knowledge for the good of society.

Currently working at Procept, my position reflects my commitment to stretching medical technology's possibilities. Leading the development of creative ideas for robotic surgery, particularly with regard to tiny pump cartridges for proprietary Aquablation technology, With less invasive treatments with better results, this innovative effort has the power to transform the treatment of prostate diseases and cancer.

This project clearly shows my technical leadership in his capacity to translate difficult theoretical ideas into workable answers. Designing creative ideas, creating test strategies, and setting manufacturing techniques for these advanced robots and robotic surgical instruments falls to me. This accomplishment is a shining example of his inventiveness and his will to use technology to raise patient care and forward the discipline of medicine.
