C3 glomerulopathy (C3G) is a disease that affects how well your kidneys work. It causes damage to structures in the kidneys called glomeruli, which help the kidneys filter toxins out of your blood. Kidney damage from C3G can be serious and lead to kidney failure. In these videos, two patients and one caregiver share what it is like to live with C3G to raise awareness of this rare disease.
