There is a kind of light that cannot be perceived in tangible form, yet it truly exists in the field – existing between frequencies and the intangible – radiating a captivating warmth.

In the old and dilapidated structure, a fresh vitality is infused – achieving the desired appearance in the fusion of old and new.



The precursor of the space was an abandoned underground warehouse vacant for over 50 years, devoid of windows, light, and stagnant air. The homeowner desired a transformation into a private guest space . Art Director Shemy, with ingenuity and a focus on sustainable fashion, retained the ruggedness of the ceiling. Paired with minimalist eco-friendly materials and products that enhance spatial frequencies, the design incorporates Japanese exclusive technology using negative ion fibers in soft furnishings and curtains. This creates a space continuously generating negative ions, forming a protective shield that offers optimal comfort in temperature, humidity, and air quality. It also shields from environmental radiation and electromagnetic interference, providing care through negative ions for those in the space and maintaining the vitality of plants, filling the environment with greenery and vitality.



Pervading the space is purity, tranquility, and harmony, allowing the entire area to resonate with the frequency of the universe's source, transcending the limitations of time and space, emitting an eternal radiance.
