Awakening the Sleep Health Movement

BACKGROUND
In America alone, there are 50-70 million people suffering from sleep related disorders – posing a high risk tor physical/mental health conditions and comorbidities. The current pathway from diagnosis to treatment for sleep disorders is disjointed, slow, and inequitable. Primasun's new digital health service provides tailored and coordinated care pathways for patients to access top clinical sleep care, whenever, wherever.

IDEA
We needed o make a splash raise brand awareness. and elicit engagement for the Primasun sales team with a digital booth experience at the HLTH 22 Conference in Las Vegas. For our key sales presentation, we created an all-encompassing kiosk microsite as the focal point of the booth which captured visitor's emails before allowing them to interact at their own pace. Here, they could view a product demo video and 'walk' Primasun's fixed care pathways for patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea/Insomnia. The microsite also featured a password_protected 'Expert Dashboard' through which Primasun sales reps could quickly access useful materials like infographics. data-heavy pitch decks, research reports, and patient testimonial videos. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, this microsite lives on for future promotional events and sales meetings, allowing anyone with the URL to log on and click through via desktop/tablet.

RESULTS
The HLTH Conference launch was a huge success for Primasun, resulting in 100+ total sales engagements, 8,000+ unique website visits, and 17 hosted buyer meetings.
