BACKGROUND
In America alone, there are 50-70 million people suffering from sleep related disorders–posing a high risk for physical/mental health conditions and comorbidities. The current pathway from diagnosis to treatment for sleep disorders is disjointed, slow, and inequitable. Primasun’s new digital health service provides tailored and coordinated care pathways for patients to access top clinical sleep care, whenever, wherever.
IDEA
We needed to make a splash and raise awareness of the Primasun brand with a booth experience and surrounding marketing materials at the HLTH ‘22 Conference in Las Vegas. With a rallying cry to “Awaken the sleep health movement”, our aim was to highlight the dire circumstances of the sleep health epidemic, educate attendees on Primasun’s streamlined care pathways, and to elicit engagement from booth attendees. The experience led visitors from the conference hallways to our booth where they were greeted by a vibrant ‘rising sun’ aesthetic, a video wall, friendly sales reps, and an informational digital kiosk where they could view demos of the Primasun app and ‘walk’ the fixed care pathways for patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Insomnia. QR cards and follow-up emails were also provided as a way to keep the eye-opening conversation going with 1-on-1 sales consultations.
RESULTS
The HLTH Conference launch was a huge success for Primasun, resulting in 100+ total sales engagements, 8,000+ unique website visits, and 17 hosted buyer meetings.
