As Arkansas’s most comprehensive not-for-profit healthcare system, Baptist Health aims to be the state’s most trusted resource for care throughout every stage of life. To deepen awareness and build lasting loyalty among Arkansas residents, Stone Ward partnered with Baptist Health to create a marketing campaign that positions the healthcare system as more than just a provider, but as a trusted partner in every Arkansan’s unique, lifelong health journey.



The For You. For Life. campaign highlights leading expertise across key service lines, including heart, orthopedics, women’s health, mental health, and more, while reinforcing wellness and preventative care as essential parts of lifelong wellness. At its core, the messaging champions whole-person care that is holistic, personalized, culturally relevant, and empathetic, and speaks directly to the state’s evolving identity.



The research strategy for the For You. For Life. campaign blended quantitative and qualitative methods to understand healthcare needs and preferences in Central and Western Arkansas. Stone Ward employed Magid Research to survey 1,000 adults aged 25-70, with findings revealing that consumers value messaging that showcases why hospital offerings are valuable and how they can improve quality of life.



With these results, the creative challenge was clear: create a campaign that emotionally connects with key audiences by sharing the stories of real patients and illustrating how the system’s tailored array of healthcare services can support Arkansas’s evolving needs. The campaign addresses this by leaning into the idea that healthcare is not one-size-fits-all. It's personal, private, and shaped by our backgrounds, our families, and our goals for the future. Campaign elements spanned broadcast and connected television, radio, outdoor, digital and social media strategies, and high-visibility placements at airports, public spaces, and on transit.



When healthcare is personal, holistic, and built around the communities it serves, it empowers people to live fuller, healthier lives. This campaign reminds Arkansans that no matter where life takes them, Baptist Health is here. For You. For Life.
