CLS HEALTH’s mission is unique because they felt that Healthcare in Amercia needed to be better for its patients, so they started CLS Health in Houston more than 20 years ago with the plan for it to be physician-owned and physician-led leading to better care for its patients, creating deeper patient and physician connections, and resulting in better experiences and outcomes. CLS Health wanted a brand-new marketing campaign that supported this mission and showcased the growth they’ve experienced. “Healthcare, How it should be” was the solution found to strengthen their brand and renew this promise of physician owned and physician-led care. The team at Mnemonic Agency came up with a branding campaign that focused on creating video creative assets for TV, streaming, social media and a longform video for CLS Health’s website. All under one cohesive brand and video messaging campaign in both English & Spanish, " Healthcare, How it should be ". It was also important to the client that we accurately showcase their real doctors and staff within the campaign, and that’s exactly what we did. This made the campaign that much more authentic and brought the internal teams across all departments together, further connecting them as one.
