As a Senior Solution Architect, I spearheaded the development of a groundbreaking data warehouse that consolidated risk adjustment data across Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA lines of business. This innovation transformed the organization’s ability to leverage AI analytics, allowing for the accurate projection of chronic conditions and significantly enhancing preventive care for millions of elderly members. I led five high-performing scrum teams, translating complex business needs into innovative, end-to-end technical solutions, all while maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance.



I developed processes to identify risk adjustment gaps, calculate risk scores, and predict end-of-year outcomes, which substantially improved care quality and submission accuracy. Additionally, I designed automated frameworks for validating and ingesting supplemental data—addressing critical challenges in data ingestion—and ensuring improved data accuracy.



A pivotal achievement was leading the migration of critical datasets to cutting-edge cloud platforms such as AWS and Snowflake. This migration architected a scalable, self-service analytics model, allowing the organization to accurately identify care gaps, assess risk scores, and deliver better health outcomes for millions, while driving significant revenue growth.



Beyond these technical accomplishments, I have published multiple papers in peer-reviewed journals and am an active member of the review panel for several prestigious journals.
