The new CareDx campaign “Together in Transplant” set out to modernize a legacy identity and more powerfully express the company’s unwavering purpose: advancing transplant care with and for the people who dedicate their lives to it. After years anchored in a single red blooddrop icon, colder clinical tones, and aging patient photography, the brand no longer reflected CareDx's leadership, innovation, or human impact. The goal was clear: elevate and humanize the brand to cement CareDx’s position as the stewards of the partnership at the heart of transplant.

Grounded in deep audience insights, the rebrand embraced the truth that CareDx is “all in to advance transplant together.” Their work is defined by passion, interdependence, and mission driven collaboration—and the refreshed brand honors that spirit.

The visual identity underwent a comprehensive transformation: the iconic blood drop evolved into a dual drop symbolizing care and partnership; a warmer, more dimensional palette replaced sterile tones; a modern type system paired clarity with elegance; and a fully rebuilt photography approach. Organic forms and single stroke line illustrations added warmth, movement, and ownability across applications.

The refreshed logo, tagline, and design system debuted at the World Transplant Congress in San Francisco—marking a bold new era for CareDx and signaling to the entire field that progress, compassion, and innovation happen best when pursued together. The launch was further amplified through CareDx’s own announcement on LinkedIn, where they celebrated the new brand and reinforced their commitment to the transplant community. Their brand and patient websites are being launched in the 2026 year however we created a splash page for World Transplant Congress to carry them through to their full web launch at https://go.caredx.com/events/wtc.
