Estée Lauder is pioneering skin health research at the intersection of beauty and science. This STAT Brand Studio article series, part of a cross-channel campaign that also included a podcast sponsorship, explored the company’s groundbreaking work on two key biological mechanisms: sirtuin proteins and circadian rhythms. The first article examined how sirtuins regulate cellular repair and resilience, with a custom scientific illustration visualizing their role in counteracting aging. The second article explored how disruptions to the skin’s circadian rhythm accelerate aging and highlighted Estée Lauder’s discovery of the PER1 protein’s role in nighttime repair, also with a custom illustration of the biological mechanisms driving skin health.
STAT Brand Studio was tasked with communicating the little-known scientific achievements of Estée Lauder's research division to a sophisticated B2B audience in the sciences, well outside the realm of the B2C space that Estée Lauder is known for.
