Most agency self-promotions focus on showcasing work, wins, and capabilities, but Mammo Monster was different. Instead of creating another “look at us” campaign, SFC Group turned its own marketing into a public health initiative, using creativity and strategic engagement to raise awareness about mammograms and early detection.

At the heart of this self-promotional effort was MammoMonster.com, an interactive microsite designed to reframe the fear of mammograms and encourage women to take action. The campaign introduced MammoMonster, a playful yet symbolic character that personifies the fears, excuses, and anxieties that keep women from scheduling their screenings.

This unexpected, visually striking approach positioned SFC Group as an agency that doesn’t just talk about impactful healthcare marketing — we create it. The site featured:

• “Catch the MammoMonster,” an interactive digital activation where visitors could claim a real-life Mammo Monster plushie, turning fear into something tangible and familiar.

•A downloadable Awareness Kit, giving users shareable resources to spread the message.

• Testimonial videos and quotes from real women sharing why they prioritize their annual mammograms, reinforcing the campaign’s real-world impact.

The Mammo Monster campaign wasn’t just about brand exposure — it was about proving what SFC Group does best: creating healthcare marketing that breaks through, engages audiences, and drives real behavior change. Instead of telling potential clients about our creative expertise, we showed them, by taking an often overlooked health message and making it impossible to ignore.

With its in-your-face design, interactive storytelling, and strategic execution, Mammo Monster positioned SFC Group as the agency that rethinks healthcare marketing — and makes it work.
