The Welldoc App integrates personalized, real-time and actionable insights into the daily lives of individuals living with chronic and cardiometabolic conditions in the moments they need it most. Enabling improved health and outcomes, the app empowers individuals to live happier, healthier lives at every stage of life and enables them to focus on the things they love rather than solely managing their health. Welldoc’s comprehensive Platform supports a holistic experience across the following chronic conditions: Diabetes (Type 1 and 2), Hypertension, Pre-Diabetes, Heart Failure, Weight Management and Mental Wellbeing.
Individuals begin their Welldoc app care journey by registering and creating an account. Welldoc created an integrated marketing campaign to drive registrations, using the theme of “focus” through visuals, language, and an identity system.
The campaign highlights life outside the app, with the subtle presence of technology by incorporating a phone framing device, this campaign is highly effective in forming an emotional connection with potential users. This decision to lead with life outside the app is practical, too, as it allows the campaign to work even as the app itself is updated with different features and capabilities. The other practical function is that this campaign works for whitelabel partners.
Multiple channels are used to increase awareness and drive registration, including email, social media, direct mail, and SMS message. All materials are cohesive and aligned with the account creation and onboarding process in the app.
