The Challenge:
The in-clinic waiting area, at HCP clinics in India, is a crowded space indeed - with multiple pieces of communication from multiple brands and organizations speaking on multiple subjects jostling for attention. How do we stand out, how do we speak the patient's language, how do we sound different – how do we strike an emotional chord with patient populations facing cold and congestion issues in an engaging, arresting manner?

The Objective:
To connect emotionally with in-clinic patient population at our HCP specialties, through a series of patient education posters - and to persuade them to consult their doctor about an advanced, fast-action nasal decongestant solution.

The Stakeholders:
GPs. CPs. ENTs. Paediatricians.

The Insight:
Congestion is not just a respiratory-slowing phenomenon – it’s a routine-slowing one.

The Idea / Execution:
We designed our in-clinic posters by creating the Human Snail Series, using Hi – Hand illustration – and Ai.
Each visual component was sketched by hand, detailed – each emotion, carefully crafted.

We brought alive slow-motion stories that patient personas could – and did – relate with, visually and verbally, physically and emotionally.

The Outcomes (in healthcare parlance):
Across 100,000 in-clinic waiting areas, in India, patients connected with the communication at an emotional level, and initiated conversations with their doctors about the fast-acting solution that could end their slow-motion routines.
