Precision collaborated with CareDx’s leadership team to modernize their legacy identity and strategically articulate its purpose: advancing transplant care with and for the people who dedicate their lives to it. After years defined by a single red blood drop icon, colder clinical tones, and aging patient imagery, the brand no longer reflected CareDx’s leadership, innovation, or visual impact. The objective was to elevate and humanize the brand while positioning CareDx as the steward of partnership at the heart of transplant medicine.



Grounded in deep audience insight, the strategy informed a unified Communications Campaign that clarified CareDx’s voice and point of view across channels. The brand embraced a defining truth—CareDx is all in to advance transplant, together. Passion, interdependence, and mission-driven collaboration define their work, and the refreshed narrative reinforced CareDx’s role as a trusted partner to clinicians, researchers, and patients.



The strategic foundation came to life through a comprehensive visual system and a multi-channel digital marketing campaign leveraging World Transplant Congress in San Francisco as its debut. We aimed to reinforce CareDx’s position as an industry leader at this event and drive traffic to the new booth. The impact was immediate and measurable: partnerships grew by 40%, contributing to an overall ~240% year-over-year partnership increase from early 2025 through year end, and total revenue rose 25% following the brand evolution. As VP of Global Marketing Julie Garlikov noted, “I truly think it’s been transformative to the company.” President and CEO John Hanna echoed this at launch: “At the event we unveiled our evolved brand identity with a fresh new look that embodies the notion that we are ‘Together in Transplant’ with the clinicians and patients we serve.”
