The challenge was to transform a dense, technical website into a streamlined, intuitive experience that reinforced credibility while accelerating access to key resources, services, and insights. Creative Execution & UX Innovation
At the center of the new homepage is the “menu person,” an innovative, human-centered navigation feature that guides users directly to priority content areas. This approach simplifies discovery and personalizes the digital experience for clinicians, lab managers, and organizational leaders.
Visually, the site employs full-width photography, structured card layouts, and split-screen modules to organize content by clinical relevance, enabling rapid scanning and purposeful engagement. The design balances clinical rigor with approachability, reinforcing trust while maintaining accessibility.
A major enhancement was the launch of a searchable Knowledge Base that centralizes educational resources, research insights, and thought leadership on topics such as antimicrobial stewardship, test innovation, and public health readiness. This positions HealthTrack as both a diagnostic provider and a trusted clinical partner.
