As a lead software engineer with 15 years of experience in IT, I work at one of the largest healthcare organizations in the United States, contributing to innovations and solutions that make healthcare systems more accessible, efficient, and high-quality. I bring deep expertise in designing and delivering critical, high-performance platforms for State-Based Health Insurance Exchanges, with a strong focus on translating complex exchange rules and state regulations into scalable, user-friendly, and reliable technology solutions.



These technological solutions directly improve access to health coverage, making it easier for residents including low-income families and individuals with disabilities to enroll and maintain uninterrupted benefits. I have played a key role in architecting and implementing state-based health exchanges that together serve more than 2 million residents.



These state health insurance marketplaces currently support over 410,000 individuals and small-business members with health and dental coverage, while associated Medicaid programs provide benefits to nearly 2 million people, including children, families, pregnant women, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
